I designed Candeloo while doing an industrial design internship at Vessel, a housewares and furniture design studio based in Boston. The brief called for a children’s version of Candela - Vessel's hugely popular rechargeable portable mood light.

I created an alien slug form with antenna eyes and the rest was history. Candeloo won multiple design awards and was part of the “Blobjects & Beyond: The New Fluidity in Design” exhibit at the SF MOMA.
