Details
Self initiated project - a new visual identity for San Francisco's MUNI public transportation system.
The inspiration comes from the phrase ‘City by the Bay’ - bay meaning water. I felt this quality
would be compelling to convey in the idenity, hence the inter-locking wave forms and blue color.
The wave forms can be de-constructed to form M - U - N - I. Ultimately I wanted to create something that felt different, trustworthy, as well as human.
