My background includes an MID in Industrial Design from RISD, a BFA in Graphic Design from UIUC, and published work in Communication Arts, ID Magazine, and Graphis. Lead design work at Nokia, Yahoo, product design for Apple and Comcast through Hero Digital, and design system leadership at Achieve and Mursion. Currently I'm engaged with MARS Pet Health productizing AI diagnostics across eight tools, four divisions, ten brands, and twenty-seven markets. The hard part isn't the scale; it's turning model output into a UX a pet parent or veterinarian can actually use and trust.
